Office Hours Policies

We charge similarly to a hotel. There is a charge for the first day of boarding; the time your pet is dropped off on their first day of boarding does not make a difference in price. For the day you pick up, if your dog is picked up during our morning office hours (our check out time) there is not a charge; however, if your dog stays until our afternoon office hours, there is a charge for that day.

An additional charge of $25 will be added for any services provided outside of our business hours. Our guests need down time and we need time to clean & maintain our kennels. Please respect our schedule so we can make your dog’s stay here as happy & stress free as possible!
